Ride the Berg Update

Ridetheberg remains on track for 23rd - 24th May 2020

The event will be capped at 100 participants, and as a small out door event, with good screening and sanitizing systems, we are confident that you will have a safe and healthy Ridetheberg.

Our mission is to continue to offer an extraordinary and safe ride in a healthy environment.

The small field is accommodated at a number of resorts in the area, and the event staging venue – Montusi Lodge -  is spacious and spread out, making for a low density situation.  The small field also allows for small batches on the start line and plenty of time for a staggered start.  The high density, high contact environment typical of most events will therefore be avoided at Ridetheberg.

All necessary precautions and added sanitizing stations will be in place to promote health and safety, and screening procedures are being investigated, to ensure everyone arriving is in good health.

We will continue to monitor the situation, and make adjustments to keep in line with government guidelines and stipulations.

 Kind regards

Chris, Loretta and the Ridetheberg Team
